"They always make me wait one to one and a half hours every time. They also scheduled my next appointment on a Friday at 9am. I always go on Tuesday or Thursday at 3pm. I hope it is ok to go on Thursday 04/27/23 at 3pm. I only have to miss 2 hours of work with the 3pm appointments, I would have to take an entire day off for a 9am appointment."
"Absolutely ridiculous. When getting the device installed they are swift and communicative. As soon as its on your car its nearly impossible to get in touch with them. The time slots are very short. Roughly only two hours per day mon - Fri. If you are even a min late they will deny you the appointment. Nonetheless they will show up 20 min late from the time theyclaim they are open. The device told me an incorrect appointment date and I almost got locked out. I've had many issues with the device itself to the point the mechanic didn't even know what's going on. It had once just said "error" and took about 3 additional hours of my day waiting for them to fix it. Now that it's time to get the device they are radio silent. No one can give me any information (or give me false information) on the steps of getting the appointment for them to remove the device. I could rant for days but to wrap this up this has been a horrendous experience."
"I will start off with the good things about this company. There was one tech, Randall that was there and he was extremely nice and efficient with his job. Great employee. Another employee/manager, Brett that arrived later in the afternoon and he is the one that finished up my car and getting me processed in their system. He was also extremely nice and efficient. He actually went above and beyond his job to be honest, Very easy to talk to. He was also extremely patient with me when it came to teaching me how to properly use the device. I had a hard time getting the technique down to use the device and yes there is a specific technique to get the device to work properly without error or fails. He was so patient and helped me so when it came to using the device. I honestly could not have asked for a better customer service experience. However, when I called to inquire and then schedule my appointment for the device to be put in I was not told several important things. The person I spoke with was not someone at the shop. It is one of those customer service people that live in other states or wherever. First thing they didn’t tell me was cash is not accepted. Also the ONLY type of payment they accept is credit/debit cards ONLY!!Two, I was told the appointment should only take about an hour. That is not the case and the employees at the shop knew as soon as I told them that it was no where near correct. I was there for several hours. This was no fault of the employees at the shop. Mind you I took my lunch hour for this appointment and didn’t even return to work afterwards bc it was time to close by that time. Again, this was no fault of the employees at that shop. The other thing is the appearance of the “shop” definitely needs a facelift/remodeling. I had a little bit of a hard time finding the place. It looked closed and only way I really found the place was by my Waze app. Even with the app telling me that, “I have arrived” I was still questioning myself if I was in the right place, which I was but looks can be deceiving. The employees you speak to when you call was horrible when it came to telling you what to expect. Employees at the actual shop location were absolutely amazing. They also go above and beyond. The appearance of the shop needs to change and be updated so people actually want to use this specific shop."
"Compared to the commercial branding they do on their website, I drove right by this place because it looked closed. No cars in the parking lot, no directional signage. When I drove onto sixth Street to the back no signage but there was one garage door open that was kind of dark and I did not feel safe entering. When I called to ask if this location was out of business they said no, it is open and he is waiting on you. I returned hesitantly and did encounter the technician who was very friendly. The appearance and professional branding of this location is a joke. I have attached some photos. Also the technician was not that methodical and thorough on the training, but very friendly and easy-going. He does get credit for being efficient at what he does and knowledgeable. Just not the commercial property or service they portray. If they had proper signage to accommodate the customer, that’s a plus."
"Mixed feelings about this. This location has really friendly people that will work with you to make the situation right. The problem with the company is that the devices malfunction frequently. You will find this with just about any interlock device. I have found these people to be friendly and accommodating and empathetic. The law is the law so they cannot change it but they will work with you as best they can. The reason for not five stars is 1) This location only has hours on Tuesdays and Fridays and the website does not say that 2) other locations have a similar problem They say open 9:00 to 5:00 when really they're open only Monday Wednesday etc 3) ask for a lock on your device hand set to prevent problems. Otherwise you may experience frequent malfunctions. 4) This location is quick and friendly making a difficult situation a little more bearable but more frustrating trying to accommodate their hours. 5) If your vehicle has been totaled or in an accident, they still require you to tow the vehicle in to get it calibrated. They will not come to you. They will not leave the scene. You are responsible for bringing your vehicle to them to get it removed and then starting a toll if you cannot transfer. Transfers are $150. 6) If you get people on the phone they are generally very empathetic and helpful but they can only do with the law allows them to do. Overall this is a better company than LCI ever was with less malfunctions and friendlier people that are easier to get a hold of. The units still malfunction however the issue is with the requirement and having no way to actually allow people to get to and from work if you don't have a vehicle you cannot get a rental car etc take the issue up with lawmakers."
