"DO NOT BRING ANYTHING HERE. Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a private business in my life. I brought my truck to him to sand down and paint entire truck. He said it would be 2 weeks and he wanted $1400 up front. I also asked him if he would be able to keep it in his shop out of the weather because I removed the door seals and 3rd brake light so there was nothing keeping water from getting in the vehicle when it rains. 2 weeks went by so I called him to check in, he told me it would be another 1 1/2 weeks before he could get it finished. So another week and a half goes by and I call to check in again. He said he still was still not done. So I stopped by his shop to check on it and my truck was sitting outside in the rain and he had barely touched it after 3 1/2 weeks. So I called him and expressed my frustration and he promised he would have it done in another week. A couple of days before he said it would be done he called me and said his compressor went out and he is not able to paint it until a part came in for his compressor and it would be 7-10 days before the part came in. I told him no problem just keep me updated. That was 3 weeks ago. I been calling him periodically to check in and nothing has changed. So I decided to pick it up and take it somewhere else, so I told him he can keep 800$ of the original 1400$ I gave him for the work he had done to it. He claims the truck is completely sanded and ready for paint. I go to pick it up today and the prep work he did was absolutely awful. On top of that he expects me to pay him an additional 800$ on top of the 1400$ I already gave. I also took the paint so I could get it painted somewhere else and from the beginning I asked that he not use single stage paint because I wanted a clear coat and he assured me that he wouldn’t. Then when I picked up the paint it was single stage paint. So he was trying to save money on paint and lied to me about it. So it has been 2 months of headache and being lied to and I still have an unpainted truck. I do not know how he is still in business."
