"They seem incompetent. I brought my Toyota Camry in 3 times for the same problem. First time they changed coil packs. Second time they said spark plugs were bad when I had replaced them myself a year before, but went ahead and let them do it anyways. The third time I brought it in with all the dash lights on once again, and they tell me all the lights went off and they can’t see a problem. I was told if they come back on to bring it back in to them and they would try to figure it out."

"This used to be a great service dept. Not sure what's changed over the past couple years. Too many issues to list here. Jordan was the only service member I liked but the others are awful and the work being done always has to be double checked and is usually wrong. Just avoid this one and go elsewhere."
