"One hour after an oil change, I'm about a quarter mile away at the goodwill, cooling cover totally fell off my car hanging to where I couldn't drive it, stuck in the middle of the parking lot. Called Firestone and got "we don't have anyone to come help you, the tech said he pulled on it... bring it in and we will fix it, or have it towed. To say I'm a bit disappointed is an understatement. Someone could have walked there faster than I was stranded for."
