"I would not recommend this store to anyone. The sales person Thomas was unfriendly. I needed new battery for my older laptop. He ordered it and I took it back for him to install. Before I took it, it was working, but I knew we were going to have to replace because the damage to right side of laptop made it hard to open and close. When my husband picked it up, he was rude again and claimed laptop was dropped and damaged. Which it has NOT been. It's just old and wear and tear of opening and closing. Our laptop now will not work, and I just asked for a refund since we paid 145 for the battery that we can't use. I wasn't blaming Thomas for it not working, but he says it turned on for him and got hateful. He hung up on me and said there is no refund for special order batteries. Well, you have lost a customer and hopefully more because of your poor customer service and unhappy Thomas."
