"I'm not sure why anyone would deal with this place. I called up there to see why changing a radiator hose was almost $300 on an old 98 Rav 4. Luke the "owner" immediately got defensive and belligerent about his $120 an hour labor rate after being asked and hung up on me. When I called back to explain there must have been some confusion, and that I was only asking, he proceeded to continue to act aggressively and kept telling me to "name a cheaper place in town." I'm all about supporting the little guys and local businesses but this was ridiculous and uncalled for."
