"They said my car would be ready in a few hours. Called 4 hours later they said it would be ready in about an hour. 4:45PM I call again, no answer, turns out they decided to lock my car up overnight and close without telling me. I walked home. Next day I give them heads up I was coming to pick up the car. I show up, they say 5 minutes left to go, I wait 15 minutes and then the receptionist walks away and so do I, without my car, again. Hours later I get a call that it’s finally ready. Thanks for all the wasted time and for never being honest with me."
