"Service was great... the app said not to talk to anyone... lol! Talk to them. They actually have customer service. The insurance company didn't like the price, so I got screwed. Not only did they not cover the charges, but I still had to pay the deductible, too. Is this a State Farm problem or a Tesla problem? They blame each other while I get stuck with a bill. Ugh!"

"Not sure about everyone else experience but I recently had to take my new Model Y in because someone hit it while parked and the bumper had to be replaced. The front desk team was AMAZING and Tim in the back killed it with the repairs as well as communication. I was working through someone else's insurance and was warned that USAA has a history of trying not to pay for repairs but Tim was all over it. They had my vehicle for just under a week and returned it even cleaner than what I had dropped it off as. Hope I never have to return but was glad for the customer experience."
