"Dropped my truck off to get a dent out of it. The crew did a great job on the dent but there is now a new, noticeable scratch on the door that they did the repair on that wasn’t there the morning I dropped it off. I asked about it and they told me it was already there, however I look pictures before I dropped it off, and the day after, and it’s noticeably a new scratch they the crew did not own up to."
