"WOW, Went to get a simple oil change. I had replaced the wipers 2 weeks prior to going. They said I needed new wipers. That was false. The next day my wife tried to wash the windows with the wiper blades and they had not even added washer fluid. Why wouldn't the technician wear gloves or use a paper towel to close the hood and open and shut the driver door? It took 20 minutes for me to get the grease and oil off he hood and door. Such a pain."
