"I gave them a one star only because that I had to their biscuits were like hockey pucks and then they offered me bo berry biscuit instead so they wanted me to have hockey pucks, covered and sweeteners. That’s OK. The customer service was terrible and I got most of my order wrong. I got a Pepsi and got a diet Pepsi and then while we’re sitting here they’re outside smoking cigarettes while we’re in here an hour of whole entire order is wrong they’re ridiculous. Something needs to happen at this location."

"Why is the rating 4.1 when the chicken is not fully cooked, the fries are dry as if they were microwaved. I ordered a #14 (breast and wing).. the breast was not fully cooked (it had liquid in it) and the wing tasted old. I brought it back and they said it was the cajun seasoning that made it look that color even after I said it was liquid. So I took it back and tried calling corporate but they only had a recording saying to go onto their website. I came here because of the rating. I read the most of Amazon's reviews were fake. I guess it's the same for Bojangles. Except for the one in Morristown (2280 W Andrew Johnson Hwy). We have eaten there twice and the food was impeccable. So if you want good Bojangles the place to go is in Morristown. See picture of raw chicken. This is discouraging, seriously discouraging! This was drive thru and the people were rude. The guy slammed the window hard."
