"Ordered online half hour before opening. One of two pizzas were ready when I arrived. The second took 10 minutes longer after that. With not a sorry for your wait or how can we make up our short comings. Pizza tasted good so there is always that."
"Papa John’s is so underrated. I cannot emphasize this enough… pepperoni stuffed crust with garlic sauce… literally the tastiest meal I could ever have. Did they forget to cut my pizza… yes… but did they make the best freaking pizza I could’ve had in that moment… you bet your pepperoni it was."
"Nothing special or stand out that makes me want go back to Papa John's. Papa John's pizzas are no better than any of the other Pizza franchises. Little Caesars prices lower, atmosphere is equal, customer service is much better and overall performance is excellent. If Papa John's is available when other options are not or asked specifically, there is no other reason to go to this franchise."
"My rating is as high as three because my experience here is usually positive. I live close by, and my orders are always ready when I'm there to pick them up, which always impresses me. The quality is as good as other locations. However, they royally messed up my orders on April 2nd this year. A TV commercial for their parmesan crust intrigued me. So, I ordered two. They sprinkled the parmesan layer on the crust so thinley that I could count the individual flakes. It might as well have not been there. It was like the cook was trying to disappoint me on purpose. If they were running low on parmesan, I wish they had told me that they lacked the ingredients to make the pizza. Additionally, the second pizza was of the wrong kind."
