"Driver left my food at the wrong house. When I called the restaurant to notify the manager at Hardin Valley. I got no apology at first, they wanted to know if I was able to walk over and retrieve my food. When I complained, all they said was I guess we need to verify that your address is correct. When I complained about that, they then apologized but offered no compensation for leaving my food in the ground at a different house. Deserves a 0 for this review."

"On Saturday was working at my Mom’s house and she ordered us some Italian sandwiches and some cheesy tots, and they were incredible. So Sunday after my 12 hour shift I was craving it again, so I ordered the Same thing from my Hardin Valley dominos. I received a sandwhich with basically meat only, one banana pepper, two onions and no green peppers(I requested no green peppers.) My tots were tots and cheese, no sauce. Had the same meal two days in a row yet received two completely different products. I’m giving two stars instead of one because the staff was friendly for 10PM on a Sunday night and the place was incredibly clean, but I threw half of my food away. Save your money ."

"I’ve been going to dominos for decades, and this new one on Hardin valley isn’t allowing bbq sauce to be drizzled on top, which I have gotten hundreds of times. However the young lady serving me had no problem stealing bbq sauce cups and throwing them to me and pretty much letting me know I can do it myself. Wish I asked for her name but she opened the store on Tuesday the 21st of November."

"We love Dominos Pizza for their seasoned crust and very user friendly app. They also have great sauce, and their cheese is perfect! This location is new and didn’t offer delivery from what I could tell. When I went to pick up, they promptly greeted me and allowed me to pay for my order. Since I was waiting in the lobby, they expedited my order and it was out within 10 minutes, which I appreciated. Overall, they seemed a little swamped, which would be expected for 6:00 on a Saturday. Their technology is really cool because you can see what place your order is in line and how long it has before it’s ready. Overall, I think this location has a few kinks to work out as it gets some experience. The outdoor premises need attention too, but that is probably a matter the landlord needs to take up. For how much they are probably paying to rent there, you would expect the landlord to make sure trash was picked up outside and that the building was routinely power washed.
