"Really good burgers, but the rest of the food was cold. I got charged $6 dollars more than the price the menu said for a combo, with no add ons or anything. Overall it's way over priced and the only good thing is the burgers so don't order sides."

"Kids meal and chicken is old and completely overcooked after originally when I ordered I was told it was going to be 5 min for tenders just To get to the window and she say never mind there’s not gonna be a way and give me chicken looking like that. I’ll bring it back I get a refund and I’m sorry. Completely unacceptable then I mentioned, potentially wanting a milkshake after my refund just to get towed it’s gonna be full price"

"Terrible customer service. Ordered 4 butter biscuits with jelly. Received 4 plan biscuits, no jelly. Had to return to the store to fix the order and was given attitude from the employee working as shift lead. I don't ask much. Just own your mistakes and move forward, and don't treat me like an inconvenience when you are asked to make it right."
