McDonald's

"Ordered my food with 3 drinks. After getting to window For pick up they hand me two bags and tell me to move forward for 3 drinkd.So I pulled to the third window set for 15 minutes. Go inside and My drinks were never made so I had to wait an additional 10 minutes and my food was cold by the time I got it home. I would NOT Recommend mcdonald's on chapman highway to anyone. Their customer service skills suck"

"Cause WHY did the manager get mad at US cause SHE made us wait 30 minutes for the food!!!! They are LAZZY,SLOW and RUDE!! Waited till we went up to them and she said “sorry I’d don’t know you were waiting for the food” is that how LITTLE you pay attention!!!????? Are you serious!!!?? And you have the audacity to be rude about it??? Excuse you ma’am but the system is not a good reason to be rude. Blaming the system being slow and not working but they just stayed talking didn’t even bother to make sure the food was correct cause it wasn’t. This was gross overall they either need to change their attitude or change workers. How the manager acts is how the team is and they are ALL lazy. Let me not get started at the fact that they touch money and don’t even bother to wash their hands and grab the fries… gross"

"They're Sprite machine was broke, so I asked for a lemonade. The Asian male mgr sd No. That was a poor choice for him to make. It was not my fault that the scrap machine was not working so he could have replaced my senior Sprite for a senior lemonade. He not only said no he was rude about it. Poor management and if your food gets messed up, Too Bad because this little dude does not care he is trying to get fired so he can sit home like thousands of others. Shameful. He is the last person that I would have chosen to be in MGMT. A person like that can destroy a restaurant really quickly"

"I got a Big Mac meal. The fries were hot and the burger was good. The only thing that I didn't like was a employee that works there was just visiting and I heard her say the word f_ _ k five times. The manager was up front and never said a word to her. There were kids in the store and I thought that was not right. The store knows who I am talking about."

"I went here last night and have never had such difficulty with a fast food restaurant. After waiting to order I finally got to the window to pay. My total was $17.78. I handed them $18.00. I then had to go back and forth with them about how I gave the correct amount before they understood. We waited for probably 10min before getting to the second window. I had to repeat my order (a number 5, a mcchicken, med fries and a coke) four times. They tried to hand me the wrong food twice. I then got my bag and pulled up. I was still missing half of our order. I had to go inside and get the rest. After all of this, I was quite frustrated. Only to get home and realize they still didn't give me the right food. They gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead of mcchicken. The nuggets that we got tasted like old oil. This was an insanely frustrating experience for such a simple order. I would NOT recommend this establishment."
