"I wouldn't give this place 1 star but 0 starsm wasn't a option. The employees do not speak English or even understand English!!! We went threw drive thru and had to repeat my order 5 or 6 times & it was very very frustrating I finally gave up and said I don't Care ill just take whatever they give me. We get to the window and they still didn't understand me also they were rude they just handed me my bag and immediately ran off and slammed the window. Also I forgot to mention when I was trying to tell them my order at the speaker they weren't listening to me they kept talking to each other. I've heard so many people complaining about having this same experience there at this same location. It use to be a good place I grew up in this community lived there my whole 35 yrs its always been a good place until the last 2 years or so when they brought in people who can't understand us . Also if you ask for a manager he doesn't understand English either."

"My last 2 visits were bad. Slow, very slow. I gave up on my drive-through order placed on the app after 10 minutes of the line not moving and went elsewhere. I was able to cancel Wendy's order, order nearby, pickup, half eat, and then saw the same cars in Wendy's line when I drove back by. Then my visit today was again slow, app order for carry out and purposely came after lunch rush. Still slow and they were not busy ( 2 cars in drive thru, 2 orders being made inside). My salad to go order was not ready, it sat on a grease shelf next to the chili bath. I saw them pack it from there and should have realized the bottom of my bowl was going to be greasy and slime my car and lap. Alas, I have a mess to clean up. It has been a few years since getting a salad from Wendy's where they used to be good, but that is no longer the case. They also charge way too much for the quality and size it has become. This was my last visit and will choose to go elsewhere."

"I stopped to get my daughters dinner and had to wait to order until they stopped playing around outside. I understand people have breaks, but 3 people at one time? Then they were so rude. Customer service deserves negative stars."
