"Absolute junk 2 complete rotating assembly kits both knocking after 75 miles both ate rod bearings and one crank bearing I have literally seen chinese junk with better measurements then eagle they sell you a kit but when you call customer service they tell you oh you gotta get everything measured and machined like w t f did I buy a kit for then smh never again"

"If I could give one star I would. We bought two crankshafts and robbed from them. The main journals are all different sizes and have up to a half a thousandths taper. When we installed the pistons into the block the ends of the rods were honed crooked causing the pistons to be tipped $10,000 from front to back on the block. Then the tech support guy Tim told us that since we've had this stuff balanced that they will not do anything about it. He also told us that their rods and cranks are pre-balanced and that there's no need to send them off to be balanced. Tell me how eagle knows what piston I'm putting on my rods. So we were told that we need to assemble an engine check to make sure that all of their clearances are correct before we send something off to be balanced if we are going to have it balanced. Then he was smug enough to tell us that we don't know how to measure and that we can come down there and they'll show us. This company has the worst customer service and quality control of any engine parts manufacturer out there. You would be better off ordering stuff from China."
