"I was very happy with my visit. The service adviser AJ greeted me as I walked in. She advised me right away that there could be an extended wait seeing how their lobby was already full of waiting customers. When AJ was getting me set up for an oil change, I informed her that my last visit was in Austin. They didn't have the oil filter and she made sure they had one. They got my vehicle into a bay within the hour, and they had the courtesy check done within 15 min. AJ advised me that I needed two tires due to low tread, I was thankful for the heads up but was unable to replace the tires. Because I was waiting on my check, I do plan on getting a set of 4 tires when I go back. The service tech Malik was very respectful of my vehicle when he put the plastic steering wheel cover, seat cover, and floor cover. I like that they were able to get my vehicle in and out with in an hour."

"I looked up the price of the alignment online and it was 114 or something like that and when I got my total it was 242. He went ahead and assumed I wanted the lifetime alignment when I didn't. It's not that big a deal but the fact that he just added it for the hell of it rubbed me the wrong way"

"I was told my car needed over $3800 in repairs, and it would be a 50/50 shot if it would fix the problem. Recommended a new car, said it might quit at any time. Took it elsewhere. They replaced plugs and 3 ignition coils, $833. Car is running excellent, no codes. Needless to say, I don't think I'll be back."

"Yet another corporate auto service company that lies to customers and tries to steal from them. I got a nail in the middle of the tread on a 6 month old tire (had replaced all 4). They not only lied about tire condition to try and upsell me 4 tires, but they told me they couldn’t plug the 1/16” (or smaller) puncture IN THE MIDDLE of the tread due to size and location. I know this kind of thing isn’t uncommon, but it should be criminal fraud. Of course companies like Firestone write the bills that become laws on behalf of our “public servants”, so this won’t ever change, but we all know it’s fraud and theft."
