"Woman was very rude and on the phone with her mother the whole time and treated me like I was interrupting her phone call. Just went to pick up an item I reserved (it was her I talked to) and she said no one called. She didn’t ask enough about my vehicle and gave me the wrong thing. I didn’t notice at first because I just wanted to LEAVE. I went to the autozone on Goodman and getwell for a refund and they said that people come to them all the time because of her terrible service. Won’t be back until they replace the staff, I don’t know her name but she has a yellow iPhone"

"I went in to buy a radiator cap for an Rv. Had the manufacturer of the cap and the pressure rating. The female at the counter said it could not be looked up that way. The manager came by and told me the same thing. He also said to go to a car dealer. I went to a competitor with same information and was assisted immediately and found a cap with the correct pressure rating. So disappointed with auto zone for being unwilling to help"

"I just want to acknowledge the Auto Zone at 5031 Elmore. Took out time to help me out when I just left the auto zone on Rasco and 51 that couldn't change my battery. Rodney and his team are the best. This is the only Auto zone that I will ever visit.. Thanks Rodney Store Manager and Team"

"This is one of the nicest auto zones that I have gone into. The employees have been consistently friendly. I have a choice of which AutoZone to go to as I have several about the same distance from my house. But I will make a point to continue coming here because the employees are very nice and very helpful And in 2023 that still makes a difference!"
