"I've only been in the Airways store twice, and that was enough for me. The first time I actually did walk out with my part. Only because I was willing to wait for them to retrieve it from "the warehouse". Both, the lady that took my part request, and the guy that took his time about finding the part, WERE MORE INTERESTED IN THEIR PHONES THAN HELPING THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. When the guy finally appeared with the part,(part in one hand, phone in the other) he finished the transaction. He had to do it twice because he was so engrossed with his phone that he messed it up the first time. They actually have metal folding chairs out front. So I guess if you get tired of standing and waiting, you can sit and wait. My second visit was less fruitful. I was just not going to wait for them to bother. Not impressed at all."

"Great place to get vehicle parts. Price is comparable to rock Auto online. Customer service is the real seller. Been to a lot of parts shops. Personally I like advance auto beat due to the good customer service and friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back when I need parts again"

"The people were helpful enough and knowledgeable on the products for the most part. Except when it came time to checkout...the guy never asked if I had a rewards account with them and when I stated I had one then he couldn't tell me if I had any points for a discount. The kicker for me, and I'm hesitant to mention this because I'd not want to embarrass the poor guy, but he needs to practice much better personal hygiene. He came from behind the counter to grab a product and I had his b.o. still stuck in my nose a good 10 minutes after leaving the store. He's worked hard creating that particular "flavor" for sure."
