"Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic said he would reset our tire monitoring system. We had no problems with the tire monitoring system before this. The mechanic tried to reset and wiped the system out. We were told to take to the other pep.boys. The other pep boys said since they wiped the system out, they need to replace the sensor. Long story short, the manager called me wanting to argue. He said the light was on when we got there. Which is not the case. Worst service ever"

"Fantastic service experience. Mechanics were on point. They replaced / installed new breaks on my Dodge Ram 1500 Bighorn in minimal time. It may have taken 1.5 hrs total for front and rear break replacement. Great job. No issues as of 8/5/2023. Thanks."

"This Pep Boys is amazing. I went with a screw in my tire, air hissing out fast. They didn’t have a tire to replace right then, so they put on my spare and wouldn’t charge me anything. Did I mention it was nearly closing time? Every one of the employees were so kind and generous. A great experience!"

"The manager, Lawrence, is helpful and responsive to customer needs and requests. If you are expecting for your nice painted rims to be returned to you undamaged you may need to make sure the manager is aware and ask to speak to the tech so that they are aware that they need to be very careful to not cause any damage. I asked the desk worker to put their best person on my rims and they assured me that it was going to be fine because the machine had a rubber head. I took them at their word - the machine actually had a worn neoprene head that was worn and sharp on the right edge. I'm glad I took a video of the rims right before I took them in. I know I am persnickety, but I have been done wrong so many times at tire stores that I have learned what to do to protect myself. Mr. Lawrence requested that I let him know how much it would be to repair the rims so I am mostly satisfied with that. I also bought a set of nice Cooper tires for my older truck. I felt like I got a good deal after I paid online - the online price was not available by paying in the store. It was about 150.00 difference so I paid online. I am glad I paid for lifetime alignment because the steering wheel was not set straight when they performed the alignment. The truck drives straight but the steering wheel about a quarter inch off to the right. We will get that fixed when I go back. And like I stated earlier, I feel sure that Lawrence will take care of it."
