"It'd be fine if I was dining in. Every time I do the service and food are great. But every time I order pick up I end up spending an hour waiting for food after it was supposed to be ready when I arrived and the staff always says they're backed up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first two times. It was when they just started doing it and they had to work out the kinks. But now I can honestly say they're out of chances with me"
"We have been to this Lebanon location A LOT. About 6 months ago we stopped going because something every time we went something was wrong. Saturday we went to eat, there were 7 of us, we were seated quickly and ordered appetizers. We then ordered drinks, then food. Our server was amazing!! Management as well. The kitchen however was TERRIBLE! The appetizers of Cheese Curds and Fried Pickes were served right before our food and were hard as rocks. Everything was NOTHING like it should be except the pancakes. The Fried Chicken we ordered looked the best but all the sides were wrong. The Country Fried Steak was burnt, in the middle, on the inside. 4 of us ordered chicken tenders and you could tell the grease was bad and they looked like small catfish strips. I ordered peach cobbler for dinner and it was a gel substance, a small scoop of ice cream and some burnt squares of crust maybe. Not a peach or cobbler in sight. Thank you to Management that night and to our server."
"Everyone was amazing & very nice & welcoming! All of the host were very nice. My server Brandy & Mel were very nice helpful & made my family & I feel very comfortable! Food is always delicious! That's why the Cracker Barrel Store #2 is the only one that I'll go to!!"
"Well we bring our Exceptional Ed kids to eat here because they love coming here. It’s a special treat for them every once and awhile. Today we were seated at 10:30 . It’s 12:48 and we are just leaving. Not only did they bring 5 of us our food, then the rest of our kids had to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get their food and some of it was cold. I spoke with someone from Cracker Barrel corporate office that just happened to be there. I told her the situation with our kids and explained that they were hungry and didn’t understand what was happening and was there anyway to maybe discount their meal. I also spoke to the manager and explained the situation to her! Our waitress I had to ask what was happening and where’s the rest of our kids food that it had been over an hour and half since we ordered! This is very disappointing to know that not only someone from corporate didn’t care but neither did the manager. Our kids deserve better treatment than that! They don’t get to do things like this and I hope that everyone that reads understands how special our kids are to us and deserve better!"
"If you ever in the south, you must stop at Cracker Barrel. This is the OG and they staff proves why. The service was phenomenal even better than I expected. Food presentation was not bad. I think they could have done better. The taste was OMG!! Nothing like eating catfish while in the south. I haven’t been here in a while and was shocked they served alcohol. Come on Bible Belt. Great place to take the family for dinner or an early breakfast."
