"This place is terrible, we waited 30 minutes for someone to take our order, and there was hardly anyone even in the place, then the boy who took my order didn't seem able to comprehend. I asked him what they had to drink, he didn't know. I said, do you have root beer? He said no and started laughing, we don't serve beer. I thought, is this guy high? I asked do you have anything with no caffeine, he said umm orange juice and tea, Then all I had was 100 bills so they took it then wanted to give me 12 fives and 20 ones back, I said never mind give me back the 100 and I will pay with my card instead and then he tells. I guess the manager, her response is to scream at me oh no you are paying with cash now! I said oh no I am not and we left, this whole process of ordering took well over another 30 minutes. After we left we went down to the McDonald's at 109 and had a great meal with good service."
"Crew was more interested in playing and having fun in the back to be concerned with customers inside. Took over 5 minutes to get food that was ordered at kiosk and went ask for a drink refill and wasn told I'd have to wait after already waiting 4¹/² minutes just to be acknowledged I was even standing there. This was the location on Hwy 70 in Lebanon Tn next to Kroger. Will NOT be revisiting this location again EVER."
"Food has always been great. They get very busy and tend to make mistakes on the drive through..so check the bag carefully! Only gave Atmosphere a 3 star because the inside still feels Covid-stark and empty"
