"We went here a few nights ago after a horrendous experience at the west main McDonalds. I am so glad we did. The food was hot and good. We got Big Macs and a basket of fries. The basket was full and the fries good and hot. The guy who took our order (I think he was the manager, but not sure) his name was Brian, he was prompt and courteous. from now on I will make the drive to 109 and never go back to the one at west main"

"Woman at the window was crabby and confrontational. Couldn’t understand my spoken language… English. What is she doing at the drive through? Very rude. Plus wrong order! The unemployment line is more suitable for her!"

"I ordered breakfast this morning on July 2 and the service was horrible. I ask for a chicken mcgriddle and a medium french vanilla iced coffee. I specificallytold the man taking my order at 4:30 on July 2, that i did not want a mcchicken and that i wanted my regular chicken. I also stated that i wanted extra vanilla in my coffe( which is only maybe 7 shots at most in a medium). I get to the second window and he come is making my coffee with way to much vanilla. He proceeded to the window an says " I hope you like it. I put 15 shots in it" and then later after leaving I get to work to eat and realized he ignored my requestand gave me a mcchicken. So my order was completelywrong and then I get attitude for asking for something I paid for. Im not asking for anything for free"

"If you want your time wasted this is the place. Does not keep with posted hours. I won't be back! Update 6/10/2023: Foolishly gave this place another chance tonight, but just as my last experience they were closed. Whataburger across the street is open and happy to serve. Looks to me as though the golden arches are ready for a bulldozer. Probably ought to level the gas station with it and put in a business that is open."
