"For a long time the tables and floors have been disgustingly sticky. It’s only gotten worse, and I went there last week and now the place smells. Really bad. Like sewer but it’s through the whole building not just the bathroom. If they can’t even keep their dining area clean, how bad is the kitchen?! I got a smoothie and it tasted weird too. I’m not going there anymore."
"Went in for lunch and had to go to bathroom to wash my hands but at that time an employee was in there so I waited after she was done I went in the bathroom and there was no hand soap to even wash your hands with. My concern is this is a health violation that you have employees preparing your food with no soap to wash your hands. This needs to be corrected immediately"
"The best Panera I’ve been to . Friendly service, fast. Clean environment and great food!"
"Once I arrived after looking at their online menu I was ready to order when I walked in the door only to find out that location only offers what they consider a limited menu. They didn't have anything that I was prepared to order. It took several minutes for somebody to see me and come talk to me about it and for having such a limited array of food the place was a mess. I definitely will not be going back"
"It seems like Panara Bread has went downhill. I’m sorry, but what we received is not worth $62. We ordered 3- ‘pick 2’ combos with a chipotle chicken and broccoli cheddar soup, and a small half ham sandwich. The sandwiches were more like 1/3, not a half. Between all three of our sandwiches, I doubt we even received a full sandwich combined. No chips anymore, no bread for the soups like before, and a dry plain 3 bite ham sandwich for $62. Come on. Now, the food was decent as always and I’m not even mad about the portions, but $62? Come on. We didn’t even get drinks! We have been long time customers but the quality and price have just gone downhill. I Won’t be back."
