"The male manager with the black hair was very rude. I pulled out of the line so that I did not get stuck in the snow and stop the progression of the entire drive thru line. He yelled at me and told me he did not care how long I had waited as there were only 5 employees inside. I said that was not the issue. The issue is that 10 cars had passed me and they werent even bothering to pay out my order or get it to me. I was nothing but nice given the circumstances. I would imagine the day had taken a toll on this manager, but the way he responded to this situation was not fitting for a person in a position of authority. Complete lack of professionalism."

"We pretty much go here once a week before school. The same employees are usually there and the dining area is always clean and in order. The early a.m. crew are very friendly and attentive and we get our food really fast and can be on our way. Recently they remodeled the dining area and it looks awesome. Good job guys, keep it up!"

"Nice building. Service was average at best. However, the music is mind crushingly loud! Especially in the bathroom. Bet the decibals are over legal limit there."
