"We set in line 4 to 5 minutes getting around to speakers to place order then I get told they have a 5 minute hold on biscuits. She did ask if we wanted it on a muffin or bagel .I choose to wait. This is what we recieved after the long wait. They was not done crumbling apart . I also didn't get my hash browns."

"Employees need training on guest services. Ordered a large, got to the window and they were giving me a small. I mentioned it was supposed to be large and all they said was "She rang you up for a small". No offer to make it right, no offer to charge for the difference. No sorry, nothing. When I opened the bag of food, one of the cheeseburgers wasn't plain like requested. I don't expect much from McDonald's but I do expect the correct order and to be treated like a customer. I will send this same complaint to corporate and as well as he receipt"

"I was picking up a doordash order in the middle of the lunch rush and people were being incredibly rude about the wait time. Multiple people were asking, not very nicely, about refunds and wanting their orders remade. There was an employee there, Whitney, who handled everything with a smile and a patient, understanding attitude. I'm not sure what their position is at the store but Whitney needs a promotion and a raise. I would have lost my cool with people talking to me like that. I don't even eat at McDonald's but i feel like management there needs to recognize this employee."

"I ordered through the drive thru and was charged full price for my order and was told that the 2for4 is only through the app. However a person I work with went to the exact same location on the exact same day and did not use the app and paid 2for4. When I called to speak of my concerns since I paid $50 for my order this morning they told me to bring my receipt back and they would refund me the money. However when I showed up they denied me my refund and kept telling me the only way to be charged the 2for4 is through the app. So not only was I charged regular pricing I also wasted time going all the way back there to be denied the refund when they told me to come back!! Will never be back here again."
