"Absolutely incredible service! After going to several different shops and being quoted outrageous prices for the work I needed done, I called Hermitage Tire Center this morning to ask for a quote on a wheel bearing replacement. I was quoted the lowest price I had received so far and asked if I could bring it in today. After talking with Brandon and receiving great advice and customer service, I went ahead and had my wheel bearing replaced, purchased 4 new tires, and new brakes for my car. It was ready by 5 o’clock SAME DAY. After stressing for two weeks, Hermitage Tire Center has me squared away within a few hours with fair pricing. I will absolutely recommend this place to others and will return for future services."

"I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I feel this warrants one. I had my oil changed, and was supposed to have my tires rotated at Hermitage Tire in December of 2022. One of my wheel covers was broken in the process of them trying to rotate the tires; which would be no big deal, except for the fact that the tires were never rotated after the wheel cover was broken ( I wasn’t made aware of that fact, or that my wheel cover had been damaged, upon pickup.) The next day I noticed that my wheel cover was being held on by zip ties. I immediately called and voiced my concerns, and the person who answered the phone was apologetic and said he had meant to tell me what had happened, but that he had been tied up on a phone call in the back when I was picking my car up. I told him it was no big deal, and that as long as my wheel cover was replaced, I would be satisfied. They had me send over an email with links of the specific (factory) wheel covers on my car so they could purchase the right one. I waited a month or so before calling to check in the first time, and when I called, nobody knew anything about ordering my wheel cover or who was supposed to have done it. I had to explain the whole situation to multiple people before leaving the call with a promise they’d call back as soon as the wheel cover came in. Another month went by, I called again to check in, and was met with a less than personable attitude and the guy telling me “We have your number, I told you we’ll call you when it’s in.” Like I was annoying them.. This call was in February. I’m writing this in April 2023 and I still haven’t received a phone call from them, and I’m still riding around with my wheel cover zip-tied on."

"Probably the best tire shop around they do full service on vehicles oil changes tires brakes rotors you name it they probably can do it and if they can't they'll refer you to somebody that definitely can. Small Mom and Pop shop with a lot of care and trust from the neighborhood anybody that brings their vehicle here I can definitely trust that they're not getting ripped off can definitely trust the work and services done."

"I’ve been going to HTC for a while now…and as of lately they’re quality in work has just been lacking. I had my tires rotated, for specific reasons I didn’t do it myself. Aired up my tires today and see where they messed up every single one of my wheels taking off the lug nuts…worn down to the bare metal of the wheel…I wouldn’t care if these wheels weren’t so expensive and weren’t so hard to find now…it’s gonna cost me a good penny to have the paint corrected… 3 stars, even though it should be 2, cause their customer service is awesome…but this ruins the quality of my wheels now."
