Sam's Club Tire & Battery 1300 Antioch Pike, Nashville, TN 37211

"I purchased 4 tiers from them few month later I got flat tire. I went to check there was no hope to be fixed they said. They advise to replace it, but tire is not here it will take a week!! I went after week David was ZERO help and keep blaming other staff in front of me!! Not only David all the staff keep talking bad about. How old the system, how short they are and how frustrated they are her. One of them said to other in front of me "Why we open Sunday? We should stay home!! These staff needs help and needs a leader to train them how to deal with customer. Not recommend the location to anyone!"

"Not sure if I have the best or worst luck lol. Key fob stopped working and I couldn’t get a hold of Chevy. Decided to go to Sam’s and they happened to be running a special on key fobs. Replaced it and did my shopping. Got back in the car and my car wouldn’t start. Went back in Sam’s to the tire center and they had my battery in stock. David walked to the parking lot and jumped my car so I could pull around and replace it. He fixed it immediately and was super pleasant. 5 star service!"

"Mohammed at Sam’s Tire Center on Antioch Pike is an angel. Patient, straightforward, and I really felt he worked hard to help me find the best outcome. I had issues with a tire holding air about a month after I had it replaced. When I came in he remembered me and stayed late to figure out what was wrong. I’m very grateful!"

"Sam’s Club took care of my balance and rotation for free as part of the deal from buying my tires from Sam’s. The staff were nice and service was fine. I’m rating 4 out of 5 stars as it is hard to walk in and get tire service and if making an appointment, plan for some day during the week instead of weekend. This scheduling limitations makes the amenity of free rotation and balancing less appealing. Lastly, it would great to have Sams offer a notification system via text or email when your car is done. The tire center desk is close to members services and typically you get stuck behind one of two lines before you can make it to the desk just to ask, “is my car ready?”. Thank you,"

"Sams Club Tire Center employees are fantastic!! Lorin is awesome!!! They are courteous,helpful and go out of their way to put the customer first. Unlike some other big box tire centers the employees value the customers even when they are short staffed. I have purchased numerous tires from this location and will not go anywhere else for tires."
