"Pretty good pizza. Ordered online for in store pick up. I think they forgot I was in the store because mine went on a shelf. Store manager to the rescue. She realized I had been waiting a little long, checked on me, and got me sorted out. Be sure to get the melted butter with your pizza."

"Great pizza and great little pizza shop! I stopped by for lunch and didn't have to wait at all. I'll be honest, it takes a special kind of crust to get me to eat it. I'm not a crust guy. But this crust was great! The pizza was well flavored and just the right mix of soft and crunchy. I will definitely be going again! The only reason this isn't five stars is due to the dining area. It's clear that the majority of customers will order their pizza and take it elsewhere to consume. It can feel a little close together while eating in."

"Twenty minutes past estimated delivery time. I call and the girl that answers doesn’t know where my order is, if she has drivers, when my order might get delivered. She also can’t refund my order since it’s already made. Poor showing. Finally arrived 35 minutes late. cold as a stone"

"I ordered a small ultimate specialty pizza and a cheese pizza from the Hardin Valley Snappy Tomato Pizza store, I also ordered a side of Banana Peppers and garlic sauce with each pizza. As you can see from the picture all I got was a mess in a pizza box. My 8 year old daughter could easily make a better looking and tasting pizza. I also didn’t receive any garlic sauce or my Banana Peppers. All total with the tip I paid $28 for this mess, but you can bet it will not happen again, I don’t know what happened to this store they used to have the best pizza in my area and now I think it’s the worst. Rant over I hope everyone has a blessed evening…"
