"Went for oil change. Advised oil plugged was stripped replaced and put air in tires. Manager Andrew and front desk attendant Angel were very kind and knowledgeable. However I had one ongoing opportunity with an alternator I initially purchased in 2021 less than a year later alternator went out. July 2022 the alternator was replaced no charge. June of 2023 the alternator went out and again it was replaced no charge. This time before leaving Mr Andrew checked voltage and advised that again it was not sufficient and replaced the newly installed alternator. So I really question the integrity of their suppliers. I will choose Firestone again but I will also be more proactive and ask questions regarding their suppliers of any parts."
