"I brought my car here after a poor experience at a different mechanic. These guys are amazing! They are very thorough. They tell you up front what's wrong with your car and even show you. They are affordable. I paid quite a bit less than what I was quoted from the previous mechanic And importantly, they are very friendly. I felt welcomed and like I was being treated fairly. Definitely bringing my car back in the future. Thanks guys!"

"Horrible customer service and dishonest employees. Called ahead and was assured on the phone that they accept warranties and that mine should work there. Then after showing up to drop off the car the guy says they never accept warranties and has no idea what I was talking about. I explained the issue with my cars AC and told them multiple times how it seems something is wrong with the electrical parts for it. They told us it would be completely free to have it looked at, so I left it there and went home. About 30 minutes later they call me and say it’s an electrical issue and that it will be about $90 an hour to figure out what’s wrong. Feeling like I have no choice at all I say sure. I go back to pick it up after a little over an hour to find out they couldn’t even fix it. They told me this is a very well known issue in Jeeps and the part needed is on back order so they can’t fix it or order the part needed. Basically no help what so ever. You wasted hours of my day and charged me over $100 to tell me absolutely nothing. I still don’t know what’s actually wrong and I don’t know where to try next. Your customer service is a complete joke. Avoid this place at all costs bc they will lie and do whatever they need to do to make a quick buck."

"I haven't been to this location in a while because of the previous people that work there. The trip back was worth it. Mr. Eddie was very helpful and informative. He does his job very well and you can tell he takes pride in his position. The older gentleman that changed my oil was nice and fast."
