Thanks to her I was able to get a new battery for my car. After calling around I realized that her store was the only one in town that had my battery in stock. If not for her I could not have fixed my car and made it to work."

"I placed an online order because it was cheaper via promo code. I received an email saying that it would be ready within 30 minutes and that I would receive another email letting me know it was ready. I waited outside the place for the entire 30 minutes with no email. I go inside to check on my order and to my surprise it wasn’t busy at all. A young careless looking young guy standing in front of the computer and blowing smoke out of his mouth asked what I needed and I told him I had an order. He couldn’t find it. Turns out, it was never pulled. Thankfully it didn’t take long to get the stuff because it was only two items. I spent 2 minutes in the store but was still outside for half an hour. My advice to you is to go inside to make sure they got the order when you order online. If you order online."

"Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They helped change a bulb for my husband no questions asked. He injured his hand in Afghanistan so he was having a tough time. On 2 separate occasions, 2 separate employees came out smiling and willing to help and got it done for him. They were so kind. We will be back. Thank you"

"Staff are pretty much all very friendly. Have gone there for years and recently needed to get a battery replaced under warranty. Associate was friendly and helpful. Reason for 3 stars is for Advance overall - they're website is very slow compared to their competitors. This store also appears to be a dead zone for phone data (although the skeptic in me thinks maybe they possibly block it so you can't order online and use promo code while at the store). Simple solution would be to offer free wifi to customers to help."
