"My in-laws and I came here with my husband a few weeks ago for lunch. There were very few people in the restaurant and we were seated near the bar. Our hostess was brand new, and it appeared they only had one server, but she did an amazing job despite appearing stressed out. The food itself was okay, nothing too special. My family said their food was okay. I ordered the Smoked Turkey Sandwich. I was very surprised it came out hot! I wish the menu specified that it was hot, because I wouldn't have ordered it if that was the case. Everything was decent and fresh, but their water tastes very funny so make sure to avoid getting water to drink."

"The food for our party of 16 came out in a strange way. We got meat before salads and then wrong orders or no order at all. One person sent their order back because the food came out cold.The ribs came back very rubbery and were too hard to chew. Other orders had issues, and when trying to pay had 8 cards declined from 4 different people. We were told it was a problem on our end and not their system. The best was we were from put of state so our Discover, Bank of America or anything else we tried wouldn't run since they were from out of state according to the manager in charge this evening (12/2/23). We eventually were able to figure our that it was an error in the way the dining ticket had been keyed in. We paid cash and wanted a receipt to which we were told a receipt could not be given because the original ticket would not work. Our waiter, who had only been there 3 weeks, was very kind and apologetic. The manager and assistant manager neither apologized nor seemed to admit the error on the part of the business. If you want to treat me and my party this way we will kindly take our business elsewhere. Please check yourself before accusing your customers."

"You Won't Believe This.... BEWARE!!! I visited this Colton's on Sunday, April 16, 2023 @ approximately 12:45 pm. It ended up being a 25-minute wait for just 2 people. I asked where the restroom was upon entering and putting my name of the waiting list. As I am walking to the restroom, I see a roach run past on the floor. My mind told me I should leave and find somewhere else, but I didn't leave. My son and I really wanted to eat here. About 30 minutes or so later, we were seated. We ordered our food and water at the same time, and I had to ask for bread and peanuts. The young lady came from the back and could tell that I needed some assistance. She went and brought our water and bread out and then brought us a half empty bucket of peanuts that looked like someone had already eaten out of. Very disappointing. I never touched the peanuts. Then 30 minutes later, our food comes out, looks absolutely delicious. I take a bite out of my green beans. I taste my son's food. Getting ready for the second bite of green beans, I look down and there was a dead roach in my green beans. I was immediately furious, disgusted, angry, and sick to my stomach all at once. I asked for the manager and come to find out the manager is my server. I politely expressed to her that I was furious and showed her the roach. She apologized numerous of times and said she was going to take the meals off and give me something to come back. I should have listened to my first mind and left when I saw that roach in the hallway near the bathroom. I cannot believe this. I am warning you to never eat here again. What if I had never looked at my food and kept eating? The moral of the review "ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOUR FIRST MIND!" My son was so disgusted and grossed out he did not want his food. I am so angry and disappointed with this establishment for not protecting and providing a safe clean dining experience. Consider yourself warned! Oh, and how many guests have eaten roaches here unknowingly? They have the nerve to charge $13+ per meal with only one side. When other companies charge that much for a meal with 2 sides. We have to stop supporting these overpriced businesses yall! If we stop going, they will come down off their overpriced, extremely beyond inflated prices!"

"For a restaurant advertising themselves as a steakhouse, we weren't impressed. Ate here on Thursday 3/16/2023. The salad was good, the rolls and baked potato were good, but any restaurant can do that. The steak - not so good. My wife ordered a 6 oz. sirloin, medium well, that came out smaller than a 4 oz. piece, and was overdone. I ordered a 9 oz. portion, medium rare, that was just OK. Maybe another cut would have resulted in different outcomes, but I can't recommend."
