"Told me I wasn’t in their delivery area. Made me drive 4 miles to the other location just for them to tell me to call the store I just left and finally got my delivery from the original store. Do not go in person. They will misdirect you."

"Ordered a pizza & 2 sets of boneless wings. Pizza was great. The boneless wings, however, were horrible. Tasted like cheap frozen wings you get at the dollar store or something. I threw some of mine away & my husband barely finished his. UGH. Guess I'll stick to pizza only if I order from them again."

"The customer service was outstanding. I was immediately acknowledged as I walked in and was politely and cheerfully greeted. The pizza was absolutely delicious! It was hot, fresh, and almost didn’t make it home. It’s always great when any food chain can surprise you after years of being a customer. You come to expect a certain level of quality, and it’s pretty awesome when that level is exceeded. They clearly take pride in their work and customer service."

"The last time I ordered from here I got food poisoning. Luckily my children just ate the cheese pizza and none of the one I ordered. I have not wanted Papa John's since and will never eat their pizza again."

"If is wasn't cold and rainy this order would be going back. Nothing this bad looking should be leaving the store , this is a clear indication that the employees do not care what goes out, burnt so bad it was inedible and still cost me 6$ just to throw it out . Obviously management doesn't have the store under control."
