"If it was not for the kids i would never enter this place. Ordered our meals had to ask them to bring the fish sandwich which they forgot because reading isn't a skill possessed by this group. Sandwich was delivered, see photo, and i promptly returned it and asked for one properly made. Prices for fast food have sky rocketed while the caliber of service has gone in the opposite direction. A 6th grader could assemble a sandwich better than this group. They didn't even apologize or acknowledge their own substandard performance, thats the indifference they have to doing even a job that requires little skill other than reading and following directions. Since you never see any response from the owners on the numerous bad reviews of their establishment it can only mean they are complicit it the overall poor quality of service."

"Great experience about 99% of the time. Miss Ann is the sweetest and the other workers in there are pretty nice too. I usually order through the app and I my order is usually right every time."

"Was great when they first opened. Now things are starting to get lazy the drive thru is getting slower the workers can't comprehend orders and get them right and have even argued about it. And ordered a bacon egg and cheese only to get home and no egg anywhere to be found and all the hash browns broken in the bag."

"Tried to go thru drive thru. I waited for about 17 min. During that time two cars had there order taken. I waited longer and then they went to the other lane again. So I pulled up to the window and told them what happened. She said well you have to pull around. I said ma’am there are a ton of cars back there and I have waited already I shouldn’t have to start over. She wouldn’t help me and then started eating and staring at me while she shook her head yes and smiled. Real professional folks you have working there!"

"Was pretty good when it opened, not sure if the Jeffers still run the franchise or not but now it’s absolutely slow, the food quality is horrible, order’s constantly wrong and take forever. Ordered on the app for dine in and after 20 minutes we had to go say something. Employees ignored me and when my wife finally got their attention, the fries were overdone and cold and my sandwich was wrong, twice. Employee attitudes were horrible as well. This was at 8 on a Saturday night so not prime dinner time."
