"I been to this location a few times cause it's close and everytime there is some issue. There's been times I had to wait inside to order for over 5 minutes even with nobody in front of me. The soda machine is broken half the time. The service is slow. There's been a couple time the dining area is closed in the middle of the day. One time there was loud rap music playing in the kitchen which I normally wouldn't mind but you probably shouldn't have profanity laced music playing in a public place where kids are. But thats Memphis for ya."

"I really enjoyed my meal. For my first time trying them at this restaurant, the chocolate milkshakes were pretty good, and the food was also fresh and filling. They were also fairly quick with our order."

"I tried to order food today and no one came to the intercom. There were 4 cars ahead of me, one actually got out of line and tried to go in but the door was locked. 2 drove off and the car at the intercom actually told me no one came. I’m assuming they all had been sitting there for a while…. This don’t make any sense why some is always wrong with this particular Burger King. Corporate needs to be involved immediately! Who ever it is that’s not doing their job is definitely stealing time and not helping customers."

"Haven't eaten Burger King in years. Looks like that trend will continue. Workers was indifferent. Greeted with, Welcome to Burger King" and then silence. No, may i take your order or go ahead with your order or even I'm ready. Got the food and no thank you or have a nice day. Just handed my food and walked away. Fries were not done. Chik King sandwich that Burger King has bragged about was nothing but a greasy piece of nastiness between two buns. No mayo, no pickles, no anything but grease."

"This is the worst BK I have ever seen. I asked for 2 sausage egg and cheese. They just gave me the bread egg and cheese and n meat. I went back up the after driving all the way home. And told them about it and they said sorry for that and they …. Gave me my some bag back with my old cold sandwich and 2 pieces of meat wrapped in a separate paper wrapper!!! This is totally unacceptable. This BK need to fire all their employees and start over."
