Domino's Pizza 6490 Memphis Arlington Road, Bartlett, TN 38135

"I ordered a large pizza at 7:48 pm today 2/23/24. When I arrived to pick it up there were 4 employees in the building. No one acknowledged me, but looked at me and left me standing at the counter. I waited for about 3 minutes and walked out. I’m so glad I selected to pay in store. Domino’s will never get my money ever again!"

"I called 1/20/24 at 2:59 and 3:03 the rep I spoke to was extremely rude, refused to give me his name and needs to be fired asap. You can also run back the recordings. That little boy shouldn’t even have a job right now. And if he talked to me the way he did to my face. It’ll be a bigger problem. Kept telling me to “cry about it” after he kept cutting me off and refused to give me his name. I most def called him out his name after being antagonized."

"I placed an order and gave them grace after I realized it was new years. However I placed my order at 6:28pm and they never updated my order at all. I called the phone and the store never picked up. I waited from 6:28pm to 12am for nothing. I wasn’t even able to call to cancel my order. Customer service was nonexistent. Why even take orders if y’all weren’t planning on to deliver them. Couldn’t even talk to anyone about my order. So dissatisfied. Hopefully I’m able to get my refund. I guess I will have to wait til tomorrow if they decide to pick up the phone."

"I ordered pizza at 10:37 pm said it would be 19 to 29 minutes. Just stayed in quality check forever. Called the store he said driver was on his way back to the store and told me it would be 10 to 15 more minutes. Still has not arrived an hour after ordering. Oh also they said it will be hot it under a heat lamp. I spend over 30.00 for no pizza and no service. This is the second time this has happen. Passed off because you don't get any customer service anymore. Pizza arrived cold and messed up delivery driver rude didn't even speak just handed the pizza to me. Won't be ordering again from this store or any domino's store. I would recommend not to ever eat have delivery from this location. They tell you they want to fix what is wrong. I emailed them at the email they sent me. Have got no response. So if you ever have a problem don't expect it to be fixed. They keep your money and push you off to the side like your yesterday's trash. If you order late night you might want to get ready when it arrives to throw it in the trash can. Very very bad customer service and very rude drivers. Won't ever order from any domino's again. They offer a free emergency pizza because they know people will only use them in an emergency."
