"A name like Piggin’ Aint’t Easy is a bold statement and I can say the BBQ is up to the taste you would expect. Open for about a year at the location of the old Gilt Edge Cafe. You’ll find an owner that comes out the kitchen to talk to the customers. Selected the sandwich with slaw and potato salad. While it’s a great taste, I can’t match it to anything other than a Memphis style. And speaking of that, keep your fork handy because they pile it on good here. Save room for desert. I picked the strawberry cheesecake and was thrilled with it. I’ll be back to try the ribs."
