Pizza Plus

"When I called, they didn't say they were closing soon (I called at 6:32pm). I would've understood. Instead they take my order, my payment,and then call 39 mins after they close (7:39pm) to tell me that they don't deliver to my address and was going to leave my pizza outside the delivery door for me to pick up if they left before I got there. It was about 35/40 degrees outside at the time. I was going to try to make it before they left, but there was no way so I called to ask for a refund. They wanted to put a credit to my account, but I'm not coming back anytime soon so I asked for it to go back to my card. The person got attitude and voided the transaction. I went to Dominoes instead and my 3 large pizzas were ready in 20 mins tops."

"We love the pizza here. We order a few times a month. The baked spaghetti is my favorite. I know some people have been unhappy with the service, however, take into consideration that it's really hard to find people that want to work. As a business owner myself. People have become more entitled and rude. Employees are frustrated with getting yelled at and being treated poorly. Hence probably why it's hard to find staff. BE KIND"

"Not sure how there are so many five star recent reviews. We’ve been coming here for years but lately things have gone south. The employees are rude and incompetent and no one seems to know what “extra cheese” means. My husband and I ate here for dinner on 5/20/23 and we each got a trip to the salad bar, a hoagie and a drink. I ordered extra cheese on my chicken hoagie and paid for the extra cheese, and there was barely any cheese at all, instead I got huge globs of mayonnaise. There was no sweet tea. The lettuce on the salad bar was disgusting and there was no ham. The place was totally empty and they informed us that they no longer had wait staff, we had to order at the counter and then seat and serve ourselves. The whole thing was just weird, if you’re going to do things this way then why even have dine in?? Just close the dining area. To top it all off, we paid $40 for this prison food. We could have made bologna sandwiches at home and got a better dinner. Not impressed."

"Great pizza and a great price! My granddaughter loves this pizza so we get her a large o e every weekend when we get her and she has it gone in less than 48 hours! Atmosphere is great, service is excellent , and facility is clean and comfortable! Definitely recommend for amazing pizza!"
