"Our last trip! Ordered 1 pizza. Drove up to the window. One girl was clearing windows, one making pizzas one doing nothing. No one came to the window. The one doing nothing went to the door to the office at the window and flat out ignored us. We kept waiting and finally my husband beeped the horn. Another girl came out of the office to help us. I'm pretty sure she is the manager. She told them they should have helped us I could hear her and they lied. I heard the whole thing. We will not be back."
"This has got to be my worst experience I've had at this store. It was a nightmare trying to do an online order. I finally after 4 attempts got it ordered. Now to the actual pizza.....I ordered 4 pizzas. NONE had very much taste to them. There was very little sauce on any of them, the bottom crust was overly done & the crust was tough. Toppings were scarce."
"I had terrible service tonight. Ordered a thin crust and a pan crust. Pulled up to the window and it took an employee 15 minutes before coming up to the window. The employee was very rude and we had a wait on our pan pizza and pull back around (which was fine). We waited and when we pulled up to the window again she gave us our pizza and we left. Came home and our thin crust is crispy to say the least but cold and our pan pizza was practically half raw and we had to finish cooking it ourselves. Poor service."
"We spent all day at our kids football game. Headed back around 6:30pm placed the order at 7pm. Did not receive our food til 9pm. When we received our food they forgot something we ordered. Called them and asked them to bring our 2 liter that we paid for. They said the only way they will is if we meet them at the bottom of our hill. It’s now after 9 trying to get out littles in bed and they can’t even fix the mistake they made. Extremely rude service. Never again."
"It's reliable pizza at great prices and the local staff do a great job! Not sure why other people are complaining? They've always gotten my order correct whether pickup or delivery and always on schedule! Maybe sure you check for coupons before completing your order"
