"Went thru drive thru it was okay until I saw a 20 year old being a general manager just way to young to be responsible for a business also ordered a super star burger got charged for the double when I didn’t ask for it . Got the burger was smothered in sauce almost threw up bc of all the sauce it was all over the wrapper and bag went to complain and get it replaced got attitude and rude from the kitchen worker do not go there unless you want to get disrespected . Horrible food and staff"
"It's just not good. Every time I have tried this Hardee's I am disappointed. Usually they have 1 person working and it takes a long time to get your food. The food just isn't good. Have tried everything from the Big Hardee to the chicken sandwiches, and the chicken is gross. Tastes like it just came out of a frozen sack. The burgers are not good either. The fries are always kinda cold too. Huge disappointment. Save your money and hit up pals or a local burger joint like Drews. I won't be back to this location of Hardee's."
"This business had only two employees working. The food was good, but I had to repeat my several times after pulling up to the window. Just to make sure I didn't get the order for the person be hind me."
"Hardees Mt. Carmel, Tn. Michele Team Lead that works front line is amazing. She is always happy,very accommodating, and polite. Love coming in for breakfast and her greeting me with that cheerful smile. A true asset to your company."
"Very nice staff. Delicous food. Ordered one of the new bacon beast king biscuits, and it just looked like a regular bacon,egg&cheese... it only had 2 whole pieces of bacon, broken into 4 small pieces. Compared to their advertisement, it was flat...but otherwise they have great food"
