"What can I say another wonderful dinner at our nasty McDonald's, although our food wasn't half bad the service and the restaurant seating was filthy.. no ice in the machine tables or floors hadn't been clean.. and as always they forgot something so when I went up to ask for it I literally waited for more then 5 mins for them to stop talking and make it right so when I sat down to eat my food was cold.. wheres the manager to direct the employees..very poor management..do better."
"Went for an ice cream cone and it was pitiful. If you are going to charge over $4.00 for 2 vanilla ice cream cones, teach the staff how to make them! When I questioned the lady at the window- her response was that the ice cream was kept at The wrong temp and it did not allow them to Make bigger cones- really? But it’s cold Enough to be ice cream- right?"
"Why? Why is it that 1 out of 3 times our order isn't right? Missing items, wrong beverages. I shouldn't have to hold up the line to double check every time we go through the drive thru. Made the mistake of trusting the order today only to get home and missing a sandwich. Now have to take 20 minutes to drive there and back to get the food I paid for."
"I usually stop by there once a night to get a bite to eat on the way home. But last night I visited and got the usual, and my nuggets were undercooked and cold. My fries were soggy and to salty to even eat. The only non disappointing thing was the sweet tea... I was very upset to say the least."
"Start making burgers like they use to instead of putting the onions on at the grill and having them fall off the meat! This is pathetic! Everyone liked the way it was why did u have to change it?"
