"If you accidentally place an online order at this location when you intended it to be a different location, they won’t answer the phone when you immediately call to cancel. You will continue to call over and over, nobody will ever answer the phone. I guess they just leave the phones unplugged. When you reach out via the app due to them not having operating phones, they will then give you a run around. The manager will tell you that they cancelled the order and refunded you. Meanwhile, they did not. Once you reach out to follow up, the manager will just stop responding to you. Apparently you can just ignore customers and eventually they go away because there is no other option to reach anyone, including the regional. I'm the "top tier" of the subway rewards program haha."

"Food was great, staff was friendly and fast. Only complaint I have, is there is a very loud alarm on the door. I understand needing something so that the workers in the back know someone is there. It literally sounds like a bomb. I feel like one ding, maybe two would be plenty. It's unpleasant to be eating in the restaurant and dinging constantly going on. Other than that, experience was great. Some of the sodas were out, but it was a Sunday and they just got through with a rush so I don't really want to complain about the sodas that's understandable after a rush. They were working on cleaning, and restocking whenever we left so they were trying to get back on track."

"I am a regular at this subway and usually the service is great but this time it was terrible the manager took off for a meeting and the help had left earlier and they had left a boy working there alone he said he had only been working there not even a week and well even though he was polite hes a talker there was a line of people and yet he continued in conversation not only that but I get the same thing everytime and he asked me 3 times if I wanted a drink and chips with my sandwich I said no 3 times yet he still rung me up for a drink and chips as well told me he did and charged me for that I told him I knew exactly what my sandwich costed he said he couldn't change it I had givin him a 20 he didn't give me all my money that he should of gave me back and kept the rest and did not give me my drink or chips he had rung me up for but yet he took my money...they need to really get it together I have worked at 2 subways myself and this was more or less a mistake on the managers part for leaving someone alone that had even been there not even a week...thanks for the vent but I'm not sure if I will be back to that one..."

"The food is always good at any subway that is why I gave it 2 stars. The employee was so slow! We were there ordering for 25 minutes and it was just me my friend and one other customer. The restaurant was filthy! Every table was filthy. The soda machine and whatever they were serving in the 3 clear glass containers were filthy! Before my friend and I ate I literally cleaned our table and booth seat before I would even eat on the filthy thing."

"I will not be returning to this substandard store. I ordered my usual BMT. Quantity of meat was 1/2 what other local Subways put on a sandwich. Amount of cheese was also scant. I asked for black olives and received 5 slices total, 2 slices of tomato instead of 3. Lettuce was the only thing they didn't skimp on. Another customer entered the store and went into the restroom. She came out immediately and complained to the staff about the restroom being dirty. Employee said staff had not got around to cleaning yet-It was 3:30 pm"
