"Osaru the pharmacist is horrible. I sincerely hope his manager sees this so they can train him on how to talk to customers. He has horrible communication skills. He confused the heck out of me when updating my information and I had to stand in line multiple times because of that. He wasted my time and was disrespectful. People these days just dont want to freaking work and do their jobs. Also, this branch is understaffed. They have ONE person working both the drive thru and the line inside the pharmacy."

She came back litterally 5 minutes later and asks me for my info again. Whaaaaat .. the. She tells me they have nothing for me .. the. Someone else found it and gave it to me... "I called to check up on my order that my primary doctor has prescribed for me to take. And it has been a week since . I called today 11/14/2023 and spoken to a very polite with such great customer service name Olivia. She helped me and was able to find my order and made sure it was the right amount I needed. She was very persistent with getting me such a great deal on my iron pills. Being they was a total of 12 dollars and some change. She was able to get me a lower discount on my order which came out to be around 4 dollars. You can't tell me She didn't go above and beyond because she did for me. She was kind and pleasant. I thank you for helping me and giving me the information I needed. She was amazing . She deserve a thumbs up and a raise."
