"Don't go to this Ross location. The employee named ALEX little man little brain guy has been reported to exhibit terrible behavior. He has been seen nose-picking and then touching items at the store, which is unhygienic and unacceptable. Additionally, ALEX has been described as extremely rude with a nasty attitude. The other employee named HIBAH lady has been reported as equally rude. The store is in a dirty state and this is absolutely disgusting. AVOID THIS PLACE NASTY NASTY NASTY RUDE RUDE RUDE EMPLOYEES ALEX guy who works here = WORST-RUDE"

"You can find some nice clothing, home decor, and even furniture at Ross. It's just that finding some nice clothing is like a scavenger hunt, you have to look really hard because they have so much clothing. The shoe area is sometimes scarce but you can find some good quality shoes when you look hard enough. But just when you find a pair of shoes that you want, they sometimes won't be your size. Most of the furniture is reasonably priced. You can also find some nice jewelry. When going to Ross during the holiday season be prepared for long lines."

What's working: great collection of housewares; wide selection of decorative picture frames; ultra cute figurines; quick checkout process; greeter at the door; fairly organized and clean What could be better: removing or deep discounting damaged goods (if they're gonna be on the salesfloor, price them to move) I don't shop here often because I'm not a hunter. But when I need to hunt on a budget, this is my place."
