"This is one of my favorite stores. I am a former employee, and I absolutely loved working there as a part-time associate. On my visit, the staff was available for assistance and very courteous throughout my shopping experience. In addition they were having a great sale. I love their clothes, and the way they fit lots of body types."

"Customer service this time was pretty lackluster. I shop at Loft often for work and church. The clothes always last, fit well, and there is always lots of choices from which to choose. Today I am leaving 3 stars because of the customer service I was provided, or lack thereof. No one ever asked me if I needed help, what I was shopping for, or etc. There was absolutely no assistance provided. At one point I went to the counter to ask if I could leave the blouse I wanted to purchase at the counter while I continued to shop. When I went to check out they had ignored what I said and simply put it back out with all the other blouses. I understand that it was very near closing time, but it felt pretty obvious that they just wanted to get me out of the store. If that's the case at least offer me some help so that I can make my choice and go."

"I gave this Loft location 5 Stars a couple months ago because of the staff and my wife able to get clothes she love for work. But damn what happened in a matter of 60 days or less. It says 0-26 on the front door. We went in to spend more money and everything in the store now is in the size of "zero"... maybe a 4 here and there but the whole store is petite. What the hell! Change of management or I'm missing something. Maybe zeros spending more money. I don't know. I had to change my review and opinion. I guess spend money at competitors."
