"Clothes are great! Love the material and style. but was certainly upset that I needed to purchase a 5 dollar bag to carry my almost 300 dollar worth of purchases. I could understand a dollar, maybe 2 but 5 dollar for a bag that I will probably never use again? No thanks. What if someone was spending their last on clothes here and the five dollar bag put them over their limit? Doesn’t seem very considerate to me."
"Prices are inflated for sure. Nothing in here you wouldn't find at forever 21 or shein but they market themselves as a sustainable retail store so if you're into being green and believe this store's marketing, then you won't mind paying premium prices ."
"They had pretty good selection as far as trendy pieces go. I was really pleased that they lived up to their name in how much of their products had a decent percentage of cotton, if not 100% cotton. I still saw some mostly synthetic pieces though. They are a bit on the pricey side but that makes sense because they are a mall store."
"I was not allow to look in bins that had clothing in them. I was asked not to go through them. Ok fine. My husband put clothing on the table next to the checkout counter and she told him not to put them there and to move them. Ok fine. What really got me was when I was told I had to pay for my bags to put my clothes in. Excuse me? No, I don’t want to pay for the bags/paper bags. So the only option is to carry your clothes out in your arms or put them in your other bags/sacks. Other bags mine you that I would not have had to pay for. I didn’t have any other bags to put my $200+ of clothing in and I was NOT paying for my bags so I walked out. I have never in my 45 years had to pay for my paper bags/sacks to put my items in!! Completely ridiculous!! Not going back!"
"Prices are less bloated than some of their neighbors, but not exactly budget. Their selection is extremely limited if you're plus sized or tall."
