"i got a lot to say about this place. first of all, a thrift store is supposed to be low price. Why? because people are donating these stuff to you guys or selling them & you guys are paying people $5 dollars for 20 items and then sell each item for $25. Literally a company that makes their money out of scamming. Second of all, and i hope the little nobodies that are working there today read this. Staff is completely unprofessional. Went there to sell/donate clothes and they said no to over 50 items because they “weren’t washed”. so you’re telling me you guys sell unsanitary clothes period right? because clearly you don’t wash the clothes you guys buy from OTHER PEOPLE. Third of all, we still wanted to donate the clothes because unlike the company we are not greedy and scam people. And these little low lives of staff that probably make $10 dollars an hour and have no life started laughing. You’re laughing? for what? If i would’ve went i would’ve wiped that smile off real quick. Waste of time, and like i said, they don’t sanitize or clean ANYTHING that they buy or gets donated. Probably mad roaches in there but are we surprised? The staff there itself are an infestation."
"DO NOT SELL or even buy stuff from this store. I went to sell some old clothes that are barely worn and was told they didnt accept because of “wear and tear, stain, and damage”. They didnt take a single piece in a basket of clothes with more than 50+ items. Mind you they told me the wait is about 40 minutes, I left for 5 minutes and it texted me saying they’re done. Rather go to Uptown Cheapskate for better clothes and PRICES. Also their workers are not nice, the attitude is insane. This store is a waste of space honestly."
"I took some clothes to sell. They buy gently used clothes for young people. They buy neither dresses, nor skinny pants. Good place to get clothes for teens and young adults."
"I think I'm being nice giving them a two. I went in and they all over the place. Granted, it's a hectic environment so that I can understand. Check in was fine, but when I came back...THE ANNOYANCE BEGAN. They only took 3 things out of 40 items. Granted I donated all of my plus size clothing (on a journey). Anyway, I'm talking tons of brand new clothing. Which not have been an issue except for, this is the reason they don't have plus size customers. There was a group of workers in the corner picking out clothes they liked for themselves. Yes, workers. Additionally, they put someone else's clothes in my bin in addition to my 3 items. If I was dishonest, I could have just left with the additional money. Then, they let someone else walk off with someone else's stuff. Poor guy was just stuck standing there. Honestly, just go to Goodwill...unless you're desperate!"
"Very rude staff. Took in 2 bags of sweaters and didn’t even buy a single one due to “wear and tear”. The clothes were pretty taken care of for them not to buy anything. Don’t even bother coming here they sell clothes worse than what you sell."
