"Just wanted to warn the public of what a horrible job I had done on my show dog that I’ve never had his haircut and I had told him just to trim it and the owner went out of town and left people totally inexperienced, and they shaved my dogs hair down with a clipper I’m a business owner. You don’t do the opposite of what somebody ask you to do. I’m very good at giving instructions, and I know I was clear on what I wanted and they acted like I was a burden and that I was over reacting to my dogs haircut. My dog is eight years old never had his haircut. They cut his face to look like a straight line no texturizing no blending, and when I called her when she got back from her vacation , she did not care one bit that I was not happy with my dog. I had to wait several weeks months to let my dogs haircut out and found a great groomer today . They fixed the horrid haircut.I would never go to this place or recommend it never use this business. Pictures show that my dog that is eight years old has never had his haircut before except tiny little trims. He has a special coat and it shouldn’t have been shaved with clippers like they used his hair and coat is ruined, and will never be the same I am beyond disappointment with this situation, and how she handled it."
